In case of a return within Germany you are able to print a Return-Sticker via the Internet.
All return shipments will be at the Customers expense. The shipments must be insured and have a tracking number, in exactly the same way as the shipment by KVK73 GmbH.
Shipments that are liable to customs duty will be declared in due form. For shipments sent to Non-EU countries additional costs may apply. These costs shall be borne by the Customer.
